Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. However, cancellations affect not only our schedule but also the availability of our services to other travelers. Therefore, we have established the following cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation Timeline

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the start date of the trip will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the start date of the trip will result in the forfeiture of the full payment.

 

Rescheduling

If you wish to reschedule your trip instead of cancelling, please contact our agency directly. We will make every effort to accommodate your request based on availability.

 

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or any other force majeure event, our agency reserves the right to modify or cancel trips. In such cases, we will provide alternative options or refunds as appropriate.

It is important to keep lines of communication open. If you need to cancel or reschedule your trip, please contact us as soon as possible.
